You can always begin again!
Hello! My name is Chelsea (she/her). A little about me, I am queer, I have ADHD (late diagnosed), and I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I made the move to Seattle in 2019. Coming from the desert, I am still amazed by all the nature, flowers, water, and greenery Washington has to offer. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, sipping on good coffee, discovering new places, and spending time outdoors with plenty of sunscreen!
As an Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 10 years experience, I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, parenting challenges, unhealthy relationship patterns, unresolved childhood or religious trauma, and neurodivergent experiences such as ADHD and autism. I also support those seeking to shift unhelpful behaviors and patterns.
Having been on my own journey through therapy, I understand what it’s like to sit in the client’s seat. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to share your story—at your own pace. I won’t push you beyond your comfort zone, but I will walk with you as you explore, grow, and heal. I offer a wide range of tools, skills, and evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals.
